Limitation of Liability: VerveLiving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Refund & Return Policy

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or special-order doors, windows, and furniture

• Installed, assembled, or modified items

• Stained, soiled, or damaged mattresses

• Clearance or final-sale items

Mattress Sleep Trial: We offer a 90-night sleep trial on eligible mattresses. Mattresses must be used for at least 14 nights and returned in clean, sanitary condition.

Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of 15% may apply for non-defective returns.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped or in production.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional fees.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on product type and destination. Large items (doors, windows, furniture) may require freight delivery with longer lead times. Custom orders may take 3–6 weeks.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.

Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all items upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to document damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim.
